Partner Integration Path

Use this path when your organisation needs a coordinated integration with SenteRail. Partner access is account-specific and depends on onboarding, commercial approval, and enabled products.

Typical Goals

  • Confirm the products and environments available to your organisation.
  • Agree credential handling and rotation ownership.
  • Test API behavior and webhook handling in sandbox.
  • Confirm operational support and escalation responsibilities.
  • Complete security, legal, and commercial readiness before launch.

Partner Responsibilities

AreaResponsibility
AccessUse only approved credentials and environments
SecurityKeep keys server-side and rotate them through the agreed process
OperationsAssign owners for incidents, reconciliation, and launch support
ComplianceReview legal, data, and commercial obligations before production
Change controlCoordinate product, credential, and endpoint changes with SenteRail

Production Readiness

Do not infer live access from sandbox behavior. Production traffic should start only after SenteRail and the partner have confirmed product enablement, support ownership, and legal/commercial readiness.
